Go to iTunes Store. Select Apple IDs; Then add new Apple ID. Enter the email you used to create the new iTunes account in the Apple ID box, then click submit. To change the iTunes Store location : Select Settings. Go to iTunes Store. Select 'Location' then choose the Country that matches your new iTunes account.
