I reset the Wii and reserved 192.168.001.250. Set up the router (except for parental controls) with default settings. Netflix.com played fine in Canada on the Wii. I put the Wii into the DMZ (still no parental controls). Netflix.com was fine again. I enabled the parental controls on the router and Netflix is back to Canadian content.
